Business Development Executive

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • At least 6 months of experience in fast-paced, customer service or sales position

  • Completing/Completed a University/College degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

  • Self-motivated individual that is deadline-oriented and works well under pressure.

  • Must thrive in a targets/metrics driven environment.

  • Passionate about sales and wants to make a career in the IT sales industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

  • Build your own leads and maintain a healthy lead pipeline of contacts that you can reach out to in your business development efforts

  • Maintain weekly, monthly and overall campaign targets (metrics include but are not limited to; call volume, lead generation, new business booked)

  • Understand customer needs and requirements.

  • Research accounts identify key players and generate interest.

  • Account Hunting, Account farming, contact discovery etc.

  • Selling Full Spectrum IT services/offerings like Application Development,

    Application Management, Architecture Solutions, Enterprise applications services, Big Data, BI DW, Business Analytics, Cloud Computing, Migration, Mobility, IT Infrastructure Management.

  • Regularly monitoring and managing the updating of information related to leads, contacts, accounts, and account hierarchies in order to maintain clean and appropriately structured database records.

  • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.

  • Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
