  • Develop and implement security initiatives to ensure the best possible measures are in place to maintain a secure operation.
  • Monitor, evaluate and maintain systems and procedures to safeguard internal information systems.
  • Co-ordinate the development, implementation and enforcement of security strategies, policies and procedures.
  • Configure, implement, manage and maintain security devices as well as provide general knowledge and recommendations for security best practices.
  • Develop, maintain and update documentation associated to production releases.
  • Adhere to best practice for security management.
  • Provide team training on latest network detection and protection methods, incorporating latest security trends.
  • Collaborating with the local office cyber team to develop risk strategies for clients.
  • Assist with identifying cyber risks and maintaining cyber risk registers.
  • Knowledge of IT security methodologies, tools, techniques, security design and architecture, threat/risk concepts and practices, and encryption technologies.


  • At least 4 years of experience in Security space, network/cyber security or enterprise-type features.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
  • Good understanding of python, JavaScript, shell scripting, IP networking applications and concepts.
  • Good understanding on core security mechanisms, OWASP and server-side security.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills combined with hands-on experience doing root cause analysis and post incident reviews.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
  • Knowledgeable of cloud security would be an advantage.

In addition to the above requirements, the following will be considered as an asset:

  • Experience with Splunk as a SIEM tool, web application security and working in a vulnerability assessment program.
  • Windows OS and how to secure it, including knowledge of Windows logging and telemetry sources (e.g., Windows logs, Sysmon, Procmon, ETW, etc.).
  • Network & operating system security features (e.g., Kerberos, Active Directory, Linux Audited) including knowledge network security technologies (e.g., network firewalls, web proxies, Zeek).
  • Offensive security capabilities and threat actor objectives.
  • Cyber security frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, NIST SP 800-53) and the Cyber Kill Chain.
  • Relevant Industry certifications such as OSCP, GPEN, or equivalent.
