WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in full-life cycle recruiting,technical recruiting, and IT recruitment.
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques, applicant tracking
    systems, and job boards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in EST timezone work timings.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

  • Conduct end-to-end recruiting for both IT and Non-IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
    Utilize various recruiting methods, including job portals and social networks, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage recruitment processes efficiently, especially for technical roles, ensuring timely fulfillment of requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders such as management, peers, and Account Managers to meet hiring goals.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate from candidate submissions to interviews and placements.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn, etc., for effective candidate sourcing.
  • Manage contracts and permanent placements, ensuring compliance with tax terms and US Visa requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for streamlined candidate management.
  • Conduct phone and web interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Perform in-depth interviews and technical assessments to gauge skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive experience for candidates.
  • Make data-driven decisions in candidate selection and present top candidates to hiring managers.
  • Negotiate job offers, including compensation, benefits, and start dates, to secure successful placements.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for hired candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT recruitment.
  • Share insights and best practices with the team to enhance recruitment strategies.
