  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering or Accounting. MBA is a plus.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in NetSuite with 5 years of total ERP/CRM experience.

  • Must have a strong background in pre-sales, including experience work-breakdown structure and

    project plans that is required for the proposals.

  • An excellent understanding of the common industry standard business practices as related to accounting (AR, AP, G/L, Bank/Cash, period closing, invoicing, etc), ARM, CRM (Lead, Opportunity, Proposal, Forecasting, Sales Orders, etc.), Order-to-Cash (Sales Order, Fulfilment, Invoicing, Payment, Returns, etc.), Procure-to-Pay (Purchase Order, Item Receipts, Vendor billing, Payments, Returns, etc.), Fixed Asset Management, etc.

  • Understanding on NetSuite integration & customization capabilities

  • Ideal to have experience with financial application package, cloud ERP and comprehensive

    understanding of accounting principles.

  • Excellent client management skills and the ability to work with clients to develop and manage an

    implementation plan.

  • Demonstrated experience in translating client’s business requirements into workable world class

    NetSuite solution & proposals.

  • Experience with software in an ASP/SaaS environment is a plus.

  • Articulate Personality, Excellent proficiency and a strong command of spoken English.

  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be willing to travel based on business needs.


  • Requirements Gathering and understanding Client business process.

  • End to end responsibility for NetSuite Demo.

  • Ensure NetSuite Demo effectiveness.

  • Coordination among Functional team, Technical team, Sales team & client.

  • Prepare presentation slides, business proposals, response to RFP and SOWs

  • Prepare & conduct Demo sessions with focus in NetSuite modules/functions.

  • Perform research on NetSuite functionalities and know how it can enhance NetSuite positioning.

  • Assist & jointly execute a kick-off/hand-over meeting upon successful win to the project team.

  • Abreast with latest changes, new versions or new functions/modules introduced in NetSuite by the principal.

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure prospects requirements are fulfilled with or without integration or customization.

  • Contributing to organizational best practices.Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
