We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Technical Writer to join our team. The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for documenting all aspects of our project history, including milestones, deliverables, and lessons learned. This role involves working closely with PMO, team leads, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and accurate records of project activities and outcomes.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in technical writing, project documentation, or a similar role.

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to understand and document complex project details and processes clearly and concisely.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in using documentation tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs, project management software).

  • Strong research and interviewing skills to gather accurate project information.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

  • Document the complete history of projects, including objectives, scope, key milestones, timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy of content.

  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Review and update existing documentation to reflect changes in products, services, and processes.

  • Ensure all documentation meets company standards and guidelines for quality, style, and consistency.

  • Work with graphic designers to create diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to enhance understanding.

  • Conduct thorough research and testing to validate information and ensure completeness.

  • Manage multiple project’s documentation simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project specifications.
